En 2023 puis 2024, des résidents du FAM ANAIS de Fleury-les-Aubrais, ont réalisé leur journée de DUODAY avec SODEXO. Le projet médico-social consiste à leur permettre de développer un projet d’inclusion professionnelle.







Le partenaire SODEXO est favorable à la continuation de ce projet et a souhaité formaliser ce partenariat avec le FAM. Une convention est signée pour chaque résident qui y participe.







Depuis début février 2025, 3 résidents se rendent toutes les 2 semaines sur le site de production SODEXO d’Oréliance, de 8h00 à 13h00, suivant une fiche de poste adaptée.







Les résidents sont accompagnés d’un encadrant du FAM, et ils ont le repas offert par SODEXO, avant de revenir au FAM.
